How long does delivery take?

We offer free standard shipping to the USA and UK for a limited time, with delivery in 5 – 10 business days. If you need your order sooner, our fast delivery option takes 2 – 4 business days for just $9.99 / £9.99. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, simply email us at contact@kelexia.com with your order number.

Are your bags good quality?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@kelexia.com.

What payment methods do you accept?
